Agreement For Felipe Anderson Reached Between Lazio & West Ham, Deal Done

Felipe Anderson will return to Lazio from West Ham after the clubs reached a full agreement.

As reported by Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano on Twitter last night, an agreement has been reached between the Biancocelesti and the Hammers regarding the 28-year-old Brazilian winger, who will return to Rome in the coming days.

Technically Felipe Anderson will cost Lazio €3 million (via Gianluca Di Marzio), but the Biancocelesti will not actually be paying anything as that figure is equal to the amount owed to them by West Ham from the transfer back in 2018. There is also a 50% future sale clause attached to the deal.

Felipe Anderson was sold to West Ham for €40 million back in the summer of 2018 and had a decent debut season in the Premier League, but fell out of form in his second campaign, which ultimately saw him join Porto on loan last season.

In Portugal, he failed to make any sort of impact, but now he has the chance to shine in Rome again.
