Lazio have reached an agreement already with West Ham regarding the transfer. The deal is almost a free transfer, with the Hammers owing the Biancocelesti €3 million from the 2018 transfer, so no fees were paid. Instead, a 50% future resale clause was attached.

After Elseid Hysaj, Felipe Anderson is the second signing of the Maurizio Sarri era, although not officially yet due to the liquidity index. He will sign a four-year deal with the club.

Felipe Anderson was sold to West Ham in the summer of 2018 for around €40 million, so re-signing him for such a low cost represents a strong piece of business by the club.
