No Concrete Offers Yet for Lazio Star Luis Alberto, AC Milan, Inter & Villarreal Keen

There have been no concrete offers yet for Lazio star Luis Alberto this summer.

As reported by Italian newspaper La Repubblica (via LazioNews24) earlier today, the 28-year-old Spaniard has not joined the squad for their pre-season retreat in Auronzo di Cadore yet, remaining in Spain with his family on holiday.

Luis Alberto told Lazio that he was in Valencia seeking treatment for a physical issue, but the club are not convinced and are preparing a heavy fine for the player.

Although recent rumours have suggested that a variety of interested clubs are looking to take advantage of this situation, Lazio have received no concrete offers yet for the 28-year-old Spanish midfielder.

Inter, AC Milan and Spanish side Villarreal are all keen to acquire the player, but it would be difficult as coach Maurizio Sarri considers Luis Alberto a key part of his 4-3-3 system.

President Claudio Lotito is also notoriously hard to negotiate with, and with Luis Alberto contracted to the club until 2025, he will not offer any discounts on the Spaniard.
