Lazio star Ciro Immobile silenced his critics after Italy’s Euro 2020 win over England last night.

As seen in a post on Immobile’s Instagram page last night, the 31-year-old Italian striker celebrated the Azzurri’s European Championship win over Gareth Southgate’s England, who lost in a penalty shootout after 120 minutes.

Immobile first posted a picture of himself with the trophy, alongside the caption:

From the streets of a small town in the province of Naples to the roof of Europe. When you have to dream big, sometimes everything you wish for with all your might comes true.

The Biancocelesti star then responded to his wife Jessica Malena’s comment of “We know.”, saying:

My life, dreams come true against everything and everyone. We’re European champions and Golden Boot winners and everyone’s got to suck our *****.

Finally, Immobile made another comment on his Instagram story, saying:

In less than a year Golden Boot and European champion. Keep talking, meanwhile I keep winning. Magnatev u lemon.
