The Lazio Primavera squad will begin their pre-season training camp in Celleno later this month.

As reported by Italian newspaper Corriere dello Sport (via LazioNews24) earlier today, new coach Alessandro Calori will have the task of getting the Biancocelesti Primavera squad back into the top flight, following on from their relegation from Primavera 1 TIM last season.

Various young players will have to depart from coach Maurizio Sarri’s pre-season retreat in Auronzo di Cadore, including Nicolo Armini, Angelo Ndrecka, Mattia Novella, Andrea Marino and Alessandro Cerbara. These players will form the new backbone of the Primavera squad.

Sarri is currently working with both the first team and various youth players in this summer’s pre-season training camp, working hard to imprint his attacking ideas and tactical system on the players.
