Lazio president Claudio Lotito arrived at Auronzo di Cadore today for the Biancocelesti’s pre-season friendly against Top 11 Radio Club 103.
Speaking ahead of the friendly in an interview (as reported by Italian media outlet LazioNews24) earlier today, the Biancocelesti president first spoke about coach Maurizio Sarri.

The 62-year-old Sarri was brought in as a replacement for previous coach Simone Inzaghi, who left Rome after five years in order to join Inter.
Lotito was keen to find the perfect replacement for the 45-year-old Italian and as soon as Sarri became a possibility, he focused on no one else.

Sarri’s appointment has been met by excitement in the Italian capital, with many fans hoping to see a style of Sarrismo seen with Napoli a few years ago, before his experiences with Chelsea and Juventus.
The Biancocelesti will play four pre-season friendlies this summer, possibly playing another in the second part of their retreat in Germany next month.
