Lazio want to fully vaccinate their squad and staff before the start of the new Serie A season.

As reported by Italian newspaper Corriere dello Sport (via LazioNews24) earlier today, the Biancocelesti do not want to take any risks with Covid-19 next season, with the false alarm last week already spreading fear throughout the camp.

The club are therefore working on a plan to vaccinate the entire squad as well as all the various coaches, in order to protect the environment as much as possible.

The vaccinations could take place near the end of this training retreat in Auronzo di Cadore, which is due to end next week on 28th July.

Covid-19 is still likely to pose a problem next season, especially in regards to crowd capacities in the stadiums. Lega Serie A and the clubs are pushing for a minimum 50% capacity, whilst the government has only confirmed a 25% minimum capacity.
