Lazio Team Manager Peruzzi’s Future Still Unclear, Hasn’t Arrived In Auronzo di Cadore

Lazio team manager Angelo Peruzzi’s future is uncertain, with the former goalkeeper not yet joining the squad in Auronzo di Cadore.

As reported by Italian newspaper Il Messaggero (via LazioNews24) earlier today, the Biancocelesti squad are working hard with coach Maurizio Sarri in the pre-season training camp in Auronzo, trying to avoid all distractions as they adapt to his system and tactical ideas.

The Lazio team manager likes to discuss his and the club’s future with president Claudio Lotito after every season in order to decide whether he wants to stay attached to the project or not, and this still has not been resolved yet this summer.

Peruzzi has not yet joined the squad and staff in Auronzo di Cadore and there are fears that he will depart from the club soon. Developments are expected over the coming weeks.
