Lazio goalkeeper Marco Alia has joined Serie C side Monterosi on loan after extending his deal with the Biancocelesti.
As reported by Italian media outlet La Lazio Siamo Noi earlier today, the 21-year-old Albanian shot-stopper is a product of the Biancocelesti’s youth system and played third choice behind Pepe Reina and Thomas Strakosha last season, but now has left to experience a new adventure.

Alia’s contract was due to expire next year in 2022 and has signed a contract renewal, extending the deal until June 2023.
The 21-year-old Albanian shot-stopper has never made a first-team appearance for the Roman club but was on the bench for the majority of matches last season under previous coach Simone Inzaghi.
