Lazio captain Ciro Immobile will return to Formello on 31st July to join the squad for the second pre-season training camp this summer.
As reported by Italian newspaper Corriere dello Sport (via LazioNews24) earlier today, the 31-year-old Italian striker is currently on holiday in Ibiza with his family, recharging after winning the European Championship with Italy earlier this month.

Immobile is in constant contact with new coach Maurizio Sarri and has already started work, following the athetoid programs sent to him by the 62-year-old Italian coach’s staff, which features long runs and various exercises.

Following this program will allow Immobile to arrive physically prepared in Formello at the end of this month, where the team will meet up before departing for Marienfeld in Germany, where the second pre-season training camp will be held.
The 31-year-old Immobile, who is contracted to the Roman club until 2025, scored 20 goals and provided seven assists in 35 Serie A appearances last season.
