As reported by Italian broadcaster SportMediaset (via LazioNews24) earlier today, the Rossoneri are working hard to find a trequartista this summer, with the 25-year-old German being identified as a strong option by the Milanese club.

Lazio have been keen on acquiring the German forward for some time now, but have not been able to pull the trigger on the deal yet as they are still limited by the liquidity ratio. Until a player is sold, no signings can be made.
The 25-year-old Brandt, who is contracted to the German side until 2024, made 31 Bundesliga appearances last season, for a total of 1490 minutes. In that time, he scored three goals and provided two assists.
