Five years ago today, star striker Ciro Immobile signed with Lazio.

As seen in a post on Lazio’s Instagram page earlier today, the Italian forward signed for the Biancocelesti five years ago today, signing from Spanish side Sevilla for around €10 million.

The 31-year-old Immobile has become a fan favourite in Rome, scoring consistently to help the side remain competitive in Serie A.

In the last five years, Immobile has made 219 appearances for Lazio, scoring 150 goals and providing 42 assists across all competitions. He won the Golden Boot in 2020, having scored 36 goals in 37 Serie A games.
