Bordeaux midfielder Toma Basic has asked his agent to close out the deal with either Lazio or Napoli.
As reported by French media outlet Footmercato earlier today, the 24-year-old Croatian midfielder does not have a particular preference for either club and so has just asked his agent to secure a move to either of the two sides.

Lazio have been following Basic for some time now, believing him to be the perfect player to join Sergej Milinkovic-Savic and Luis Alberto in the midfield three. Napoli are now providing competition for the 24-year-old, forcing the Biancocelesti into action.
The offer to Bordeaux will be decisive to securing a deal and so far neither Italian club has come close to the Ligue 1 side’s €12 million valuation.

Biancocelesti president Claudio Lotito is particularly convinced about the strengths of Basic and wants to provide coach Maurizio Sarri with his man.
The 24-year-old Basic scored four goals and provided one assist in 34 Ligue 1 appearances last campaign.
