Lazio coach Maurizio Sarri is now taking stock of which players impressed or disappointed him in the pre-season training camp in Auronzo di Cadore.
As reported by Italian newspaper Il Messaggero (via LazioNews24) earlier today, the Biancocelesti’s retreat in Auronzo officially concluded yesterday and it’s now time for Sarri to decide which players convinced him during the training camp.

The players that undoubtedly impressed Sarri, apart from the usual big names, were Adam Marusic and Manuel Lazzari, with the former impressing with his tactical flexibility.
Lucas Leiva, Luiz Felipe, Felipe Anderson, Stefan Radu and Danilo Cataldi all showed good signs as well, with young talents Raul Moro and Luka Romero proving their value.

Vedat Muriqi and Felipe Caicedo will also join the squad in Germany, whilst Patric, Gonzalo Escalante, Dimitrije Kamenovic and Denis Vavro will get another chance.
Jean-Daniel Akpa Akpro and Mohamed Fares are likely to miss out, whilst Jony, Bobby Adekanye, Andre Anderson and Riza Durmisi will almost certainly be excluded.
