Lazio duo Ciro Immobile and Francesco Acerbi will return to Formello tomorrow, providing coach Maurizio Sarri with two leaders in the squad.
As reported by Italian newspaper La Repubblica (via LazioNews24) earlier today, the pair will begin their work in Formello tomorrow, having already been in contact with the 62-year-old Italian coach for the last few weeks.

Sarri has motivated and excited the duo, aware of how fundamental they are for Lazio, and has explained his philosophy. Acerbi will be the leader of the defence, commanding the back four.

Immobile will be the leader up front, helping the team in dribbling as well as creating space and attacking the depth. With the departure of Senad Lulic last month, the 31-year-old Italian striker will also be the permanent holder of the captain’s armband.
Sarri is happy to be working with the two leaders, who will undoubtedly be key figures in his squad next season.
