Lazio striker Ciro Immobile took the staff out to dinner last night after the conclusion of their training session in Formello.
As reported by Italian media outlet LazioNews24 earlier today, the 31-year-old Italian striker returned to Rome earlier this week and was present in yesterday’s training session in Formello, finally getting to work with new coach Maurizio Sarri.

Immobile had an extended break after his international commitments with Italy at Euro 2020, with Francesco Acerbi and Joaquin Correa both also having a longer holiday.
At the end of yesterday’s training session, Immobile took the entire Lazio staff out for dinner, proving his status as a natural leader within the squad.

Immobile is the new permanent captain of the Lazio squad following veteran Senad Lulic’s departure earlier this summer.
Contracted to the Biancocelesti until 2025, the 31-year-old Immobile scored 20 goals and provided seven assists in 35 Serie A appearances last season, being the star in the squad.
