Inter & AC Milan Both Continue Talks With Lazio Forward Correa’s Agent

Inter and AC Milan are continuing in their work to sign Lazio forward Joaquin Correa.

As reported by Italian newspaper Corriere dello Sport (via LazioNews24) earlier today, the 26-year-old Argentinian forward is determined to leave the Biancocelesti this summer, having already asked twice for a move away in the last few months.

The Rossoneri are in contact with Correa’s entourage, despite rumours that the club are interested in Real Madrid’s Isco, and may look to pull the trigger on a deal in the coming weeks.

Inter are also in talks with Correa’s agent, with coach Simone Inzaghi being a big fan of the Argentinian forward, who himself would be happy to reunite with the Italian coach.

The Nerazzurri are looking for a new forward or two following the sale of Romelu Lukaku to Chelsea, and so could make an offer once that deal is fully finalised.

Lazio president Claudio Lotito values Correa at €30 million and he doesn’t seem willing to let the player leave for any less, especially not offering any discounts to Inter.
