Lazio president Claudio Lotito is confident that the new signings will be official before the start of the season.
As reported by Italian newspaper Il Messaggero (via LazioNews24) earlier today, the Biancocelesti have to deposit the contracts of the four new signings to Lega Serie A by 21st August if they want to use those players in the season opener against Empoli.
Due to the liquidity ratio, Lazio are currently unable to officially register their four new signings, which are Elseid Hysaj, Felipe Anderson, Dimitrije Kamenovic and Luka Romero.
