Lazio star Ciro Immobile has scored the most non-penalty goals in Serie A since the 2015/16 season.
As reported by Italian stats provider OptaPaolo on Twitter earlier today, the 31-year-old Italian striker has scored 91 non-penalty league goals since the start of the 15/16 season, in which he spent the first half in La Liga with Sevilla.
Below is the list of the top five non-penalty goalscorers in Serie A in the last six seasons, accompanied by the caption: “82 – Edin Dzeko is the third-highest scorer in Serie A excluding penalties since his debut in the competition (in 2015/16): 82 goals, fewer only than Ciro Immobile (91) and Gonzalo Higuaín (86). Reliable.”
