Lazio’s top two transfer targets Filip Kostic and Toma Basic both want to join the Biancocelesti.
As reported by Italian journalist Alfredo Pedulla on Twitter last night, the Eintracht Frankfurt winger and Bordeaux midfielder are both keen to make the move to Rome, interested in joining coach Maurizio Sarri’s squad.
Lazio have been targeting the duo for some time now, with both considered perfect for Sarri’s 4-3-3 system. Kostic is likely to be deployed on the left side of the front three, with Basic slotting in the midfield alongside Sergej Milinkovic-Savic and Luis Alberto.

The deal for the two may finally be finalised next week, and could even come on Wednesday or Thursday, although that relies on Lazio solving their issue with the liquidity ratio, which is currently blocking any new signings.

Lazio are likely to sign Kostic on a loan deal with a €20 million buy option attached and Basic for around €10 million including add-ons, although these deals are still not fully agreed yet and so could change.
