Parma midfielder Valentin Mihaila’s agent confirmed Lazio’s interest in the midfielder yesterday.
Speaking in an interview with Romanian broadcaster TV Telekom Sport (via LazioNews24) yesterday, agent Giovanni Becali commented on Lazio’s interest in the 21-year-old and why a deal may not be reached.
I can confirm, Lazio would have been willing to take Mihaila on loan with a buy option attached.
But the president of Parma let us know that he would only sit down to negotiate for offers of over €20 million.

Mihaila, who is contracted to Parma until 2025, made 16 league appearances last season, for a total of 687 minutes. In that time, the Romanian left winger scored three goals and provided two assists.
Lazio have been searching for a new winger for some time now, needing another player suitable for coach Maurizio Sarri’s 4-3-3 system.
