Lazio have formally submitted an offer for Bordeaux midfielder Toma Basic and are now waiting for a response.
As reported by Italian journalist and transfer market expert Gianluca Di Marzio earlier this afternoon, the Biancocelesti have solved their issue with the liquidity ratio, allowing them to make new signings, and so the club are working to finalise a deal for one of their top targets.
The Roman club have been linked with the 24-year-old Basic for some time now and have finally formally submitted an offer for the Croatian midfielder.

The 24-year-old Basic is a physically fit midfielder with a strong work rate, who is most comfortable playing as a defensive midfielder, although he can also play as a mezzala or further up the midfield, a versatile player for coach Maurizio Sarri.
