Lazio forward Joaquin Correa only wants to join Inter and has refused Everton’s offer.
As reported by Italian newspaper Il Tempo (via LazioNews24) earlier today, the 27-year-old Argentinian has refused an offer of a €5 million salary from the Toffees, which is higher than the Nerazzurri’s €3.5 million plus add-ons offer, as he only wants to make a move to the Lombardy capital.
In the event of no agreement with Inter, Lazio would be forced to revise their plans on the transfer market and would have to find a way to resolve Correa’s unhappiness, considering that he’s likely to be disgruntled and demotivated. The Argentinian has remained professional the whole time so far, however.
