Sassuolo’s Boga & Dortmund’s Brandt Are Lazio’s Top Alternatives to Frankfurt’s Kostic

Lazio have underlined Sassuolo’s Jeremie Boga and Borussia Dortmund’s Julian Brandt as their main two alternatives to Eintracht Frankfurt’s Filip Kostic.

As reported by Italian newspaper Corriere dello Sport (via LazioNews24) earlier today, the Biancocelesti are waiting to sell Joaquin Correa to Inter before pulling the trigger on a new winger for coach Maurizio Sarri.

Kostic is the Roman club’s top target; the Serbian winger would cost around €20 million and would take up a non-EU player slot in the squad, which is why the Biancocelesti have left Dimitrije Kamenovic off the list for now.

The Ivorian winger would cost around €25 million and seems unlikely, despite requesting to leave, whilst the German forward has been targeted since July and has never been forgotten about.

Developments are expected this week, with the transfer window drawing to a close incredibly soon.
