Lazio will meet with Eintracht Frankfurt again today to try and reach an agreement regarding wing Filip Kostic.
As reported by Italian newspaper Corriere dello Sport (via LazioNews24) earlier today, the 28-year-old Serbian winger is the Biancocelesti’s final top transfer market target, but their recent talks with the German side did not see them reach an agreement.
Today the two parties will meet again today, with agent Fali Ramadani acting as a mediator. Yesterday, the Bundesliga side asked for €18 million plus add-ons and a definitive deal, whilst the Roman club prefer €16-17 million including add-ons, with the deal being a loan with an obligation to buy clause.
Lazio have already reached an agreement with Kostic and the 28-year-old Serbian winger wants to join the Roman club, so now the Biancocelesti just need to work to finalise the deal with Eintracht Frankfurt. The player has been considered a perfect fit for coach Maurizio Sarri’s 4-3-3 system.
