Lazio midfielder Djavan Anderson has officially joined Serie B side, Cosenza, on loan.
As announced in an official statement last night, the 26-year-old Dutch midfielder has joined the Calabrian side on a one-year dry loan deal, meaning he’ll return to Rome next summer.
The Biancocelesti are working to thin out their squad before the closure of the transfer window, with Sofian Kiyine also joining Venezia.

The 26-year-old Djavan Anderson was considered redundant by coach Maurizio Sarri and so his departure is no surprise.
The Dutch midfielder joined Lazio in 2018 from Bari and was immediately loaned out to Salernitana for a season.

Since returning to Rome, Djavan Anderson has always remained a fringe player, making only 10 appearances for the first team in the last two years, playing a total of 264 minutes.
The Dutch midfielder will be hoping for consistent minutes with Cosenza, where he’ll have a chance to show his skills in a bid to attract more attention next summer.
