Lazio’s squad this season cost €156 million in transfer fees, the seventh-highest in Serie A.
As highlighted by online fan portal Italian Football TV on Twitter yesterday, the Biancocelesti’s €156 million valued squad is based on the transfer fees spent for the players, so it does not take into account how much players like Sergej Milinkovic-Savic or Luis Alberto could be sold for.
The most expensive squad in Serie A this campaign is predictably Juventus, whose squad cost them €657 million, far above second-place Napoli, whose squad cost €417 million.

Some of the top stars in the Lazio squad were low-cost transfers in recent years, like Ciro Immobile costing just under €10 million from Sevilla in 2016, or Luis Alberto costing around €4 million from Liverpool in 2016.
