Lazzari Pushing to Be Fit in Time for Lazio’s Upcoming Match vs AC Milan

Lazio full-back Manuel Lazzari is working hard to be fit in time for the upcoming Serie A match against AC Milan on Sunday.

As reported by Italian newspaper Il Tempo (via LazioNews24) earlier today, the 27-year-old Italian right-back returned to Formello for yesterday’s training session in the afternoon, although he worked individually.

The former SPAL man wants to be fit in time to face the Rossoneri, although he is unlikely to start as coach Maurizio Sarri is set to start Adam Marusic in his place.

The 27-year-old Lazzari may still make an appearance off the bench though, building up some match fitness ahead of a busy few weeks.

Luiz Felipe will also be available for the match, and Sarri will begin tactical tests on Friday after the Lazio players who left for international duty have returned.
