Sassuolo Forward Raspadori Highlights What He’d ‘Steal’ From Lazio Star Immobile

Sassuolo forward Giacomo Raspadori praised Lazio striker Ciro Immobile and highlighted what he’d steal from the player if he could.

Speaking in an interview with Italian newspaper La Gazzetta dello Sport (via LazioNews24) earlier today, the 21-year-old Italian forward briefly noted one of Immobile’s best strengths that he wishes he could steal.

From Immobile, I would steal first of all the ability to create chances.

If a striker gets the ball to score a goal many times, that is not luck.

The 21-year-old Raspadori, who is contracted to Sassuolo until 2024, took Immobile’s place in the Azzurri squad following the Lazio striker’s withdrawal due to a slight muscle injury.

The young Italian forward impressed in the 5-0 win over Lithuania in their 2022 World Cup qualifier, netting a goal and providing an assist.

Immobile has come under a lot of criticism recently due to his performances with the Azzurri, both at Euro 2020 and during the World Cup qualifiers in this international break.

The 31-year-old Italian striker has kept his head down and will continue working hard, trying to finally shine for his national team.
