Lazio Star Luis Alberto’s Wife Patricia: “We Are in No Hurry to Return to Spain”

Lazio midfielder Luis Alberto’s wife Patricia Venegas has highlighted the family’s happiness at living in Rome.

As reported by Italian media outlet LazioNews24 last night, Venegas was keen to shed some light on the future of the 28-year-old Spanish midfielder, who was briefly linked with a move away from the Biancocelesti earlier in the summer.

Venegas answered some questions from fans on her Instagram story last night, saying:

I really like living in Rome, we are very well and we are in no hurry to return to Spain.

Sevilla? We will come back when the time comes, we always come back in the summer to recharge our batteries for the whole year.

Luis Alberto was then left out of the starting 11 in the Serie A opener against Empoli, only coming on at half-time.

However, he has already confirmed his place in Sarri’s squad now, having scored one goal and provided three assists in 90 minutes against Spezia before the international break.
