Coach Sarri Furious With Lazio’s Performance Against AC Milan Yesterday

Lazio coach Maurizio Sarri is furious with the team’s disappointing performance against AC Milan last night.

As reported by Italian press (via LazioNews24) earlier today, all the major sports newspapers highlighted the 62-year-old Italian coach’s anger and disappointed with yesterday’s match, which saw the Biancocelesti lose 2-0 at the San Siro.

Sarri doesn’t believe that the players interpreted the match in the way that he taught them this week, with his lessons and ideas not taking off the ground in Milan.

Sarri had tried to warn the squad of lethargy following their strong wins against Empoli and Spezia, but yesterday’s loss has clearly highlighted the need for further hard work.

There is a lot of work to be done on the training ground in Formello but Sarri is confident that he can sort out the squad soon enough.
