Last season things exacerbated, with Lazio’s inconsistent Covid-19 case focusing on a 3-2 win over Torino, in which Immobile played despite apparently having tested positive for the virus.

The 31-year-old Italian striker has moved on, remained a good professional and wants to shine against Torino today in front of his former fans.

Immobile missed a penalty in a 0-0 draw with the Granata last season and is looking for goal number 156 today, which would put him three behind record-holder Silvio Piola.
