Lazio’s Average Home Attendance This Season Is the Fourth Highest in Serie A

Lazio’s average attendance so far this season is 26,333, the fourth most out of all Serie A teams.

As reported by Italian newspaper Corriere dello Sport (via LazioNews24) earlier today, the Biancocelesti have played three home games so far this campaign at the Stadio Olimpico, against Spezia, Cagliari and rivals Roma.

In those three games, Lazio have an average home attendance of 26,333, the fourth highest out of all Serie A teams so far this season.

In third place is intercity rivals Roma, who have averaged 29,450 fans per home game so far. In second place is AC Milan with an average home attendance of 31,518.

The top spot is held by Simone Inzaghi’s Inter, with the Nerazzurri averaging a home attendance of 33,066 fans so far this campaign.

Stadiums are still not up to full capacity just yet, with Covid-19 restrictions still limiting the capacity to around 50%. This is set to be raised to 75% shortly.
