As seen in a post on Italian Football TV’s Instagram page yesterday, the Biancocelesti’s position as the oldest squad in the Italian top flight this season has been confirmed, with Sampdoria coming in second, having an average age of 28 years and 322 days.

Lazio have multiple veterans still in the squad, like 39-year-old Pepe Reina, 34-year-old Lucas Leiva and 34-year-old Stefan Radu.
