As reported by Italian newspaper Corriere dello Sport (via LazioNews24) earlier today, the 62-year-old Italian coach is without both his first-choice centre backs – Luiz Felipe and Francesco Acerbi – due to suspensions, and so is forced to switch things around a little against the Gialloblu.

The only player that Sarri will surely start against Hellas Verona tomorrow is Patric, and whilst it had seemed likely that he would deploy Stefan Radu alongside him, he is also considering the surprise inclusion of Leiva.

The third and least likely possibility is that Sarri could decide to start Manuel Lazzari on the right and move Adam Marusic into the middle.
