Lazio Have Fallen Behind First in 7 of 9 League Games, Third-Worst in Europe

Lazio have fallen behind first in seven of their nine league games so far this season, the third-worst percentage in Europe’s top five leagues.

As noted by Italian stats provider Lazio Page on Twitter yesterday, the Biancocelesti have fallen behind first in all but two of their league games so far this campaign, with the two exceptions being the 2-2 draw against Cagliari and the 3-2 win over Roma.

Three Takeaways: Lazio Defeated by Hellas Verona 4-1 in Dreadful Performance

This means that Lazio have been on the back foot in 79% of their matches so far this campaign, the third worst in Europe’s top five leagues. The only two teams with a worse record so far are Genoa (100%, 9/9) and Saint-Etienne (91%, 10/11).
