Lazio Will Not Lodge Complaint About Reina Being Struck by Coin in Draw vs Atalanta

During the final minutes of the 2-2 draw between Lazio and Atalanta on Saturday, objects were being launched at Reina by some of the Nerazzurri fans. The Spanish goalkeeper cleared his penalty area of a roll of adhesive tape, was booked for time-wasting and was then hit in the back of the head by a coin.

Lazio decided not to lodge a complaint, instead leaving it up to the relevant authorities. It is likely now that the offending fans will be banned from the Gewiss Stadium for some time.
