Lazio star Ciro Immobile is in doubt for tomorrow’s Europa League clash against Olympique Marseille.
As reported by Italian media outlet La Lazio Siamo Noi yesterday, the 31-year-old Italian striker missed yesterday’s training session after suffering from flu-like symptoms and so an appearance for him in the match against the Ligue 1 side cannot be taken for granted.
Below is Lazio’s probable starting lineup for their match against Olympique Marseille:

Coach Maurizio Sarri is not planning to rotate the squad too much for tomorrow’s match as he understands the importance of picking up all three points on the Southern French coast.
Should Immobile be unable to play against Marseille, Sarri will need to find an alternative solution, such as using a winger in a false nine role or starting Vedat Muriqi.
