Felipe Anderson Confident After Draw vs Marseille, “We Can Play Against Anyone”

Lazio winger Felipe Anderson found the positives in the team’s 2-2 draw against Olympique Marseille last night.

Speaking to Italian radio broadcaster Lazio Style Radio (via LazioNews24) after the game, the 28-year-old Brazilian winger first touched on the team’s performance in the draw against the French side.

We came in and made a bit of a mistake in the first half, taking away our confidence. But we’re growing in our reading of the game, learning to react and not get down. 

That goal gave us motivation, we went into the second half and did well.

The Lazio winger highlighted the team’s improvements in the second half of the match against Olympique Marseille.

The coach asked us to give more and anticipate the passes a bit, he fixed things that we were doing wrong.
