Rapuano gave three bookings all game – one to Lazio midfielder Danilo Cataldi for a foul and two to Salernitana, with both Norbert Gyomber and Joel Obi being booked for fouls as well.
The 36-year-old Italian referee was also correct in not giving Obi a second yellow card in the 61st minute for a foul on Sergej Milinkovic-Savic, and there no were doubts about Lazio’s three goals.
