Lazio Women’s disastrous Serie A Femminile campaign continued with a 5-0 loss to Juventus Women yesterday.
Coach Massimiliano Catini’s side have been unable to change their fortunes in the league and still sit bottom of the Serie A Femminile table after nine games, having picked up zero points.
The Roman club have conceded 33 goals and only scored seven, leaving them rock bottom.

It was a rough match for the Lazio squad, with Juventus clearly in the driving seat right from the offset.
The Bianconeri took the lead in the 5th minute thanks to a goal from Bonfantini and doubled their advantage in the 29th, with Hurtig providing the goal.
Misery Continues for Lazio Women Following 2-0 Loss to Empoli Ladies
In the second half Juventus did not let up and they found their third goal in the 68th minute, with Boattin finding the back of the net.
Bonfantini found her brace in the 84th minute and the match was closed out in the 87th minute, when Nilden scored the fifth of the match to secure Juventus’ 5-0 victory.
Relegation from Serie A Femminile seems all but inevitable now for the Lazio Women squad, who have failed to replicate their Serie B Women form in the topflight.
