Difficult Conditions Ahead for Lazio in Europa League Clash vs Lokomotiv Moscow

Lazio will have to fight through difficult conditions in Thursday’s Europa League clash against Lokomotiv Moscow.

As reported by Italian radio broadcaster Radiosei (via La Lazio Siamo Noi) earlier today, the Biancocelesti will fly out to Moscow tomorrow after a morning training session. There’s a two-hour time difference with Rome and the flight will take four hours.

The Lazio squad will depart from Fiumicino airport in the early afternoon and they are expected to land in the Russian capital at 10:00 pm local time, where they will immediately transfer to the hotel.

The weather forecast is a cause for concern too; heavy snowfall is predicted and the temperatures are set to creep below freezing.

Lazio will then leave Moscow on Friday morning, having another four-hour flight before heading to Formello for a small training session.

The team will have little time to work past the fatigue of the Europa League clash, considering that they have an away match against Napoli on Saturday.
