The 21-year-old Norwegian forward is aware of Lazio‘s interest and appreciates the attention. Botheim feels ready to make the step up in quality and prove himself in a tougher league.

The forward’s contract expires with Bodø/Glimt in December 2022, making the upcoming January Transfer Window the perfect occasion to sell him for an adequate fee.

With a market value of around €10 million, a deal could be fairly easy to reach for Lazio, although they need to resolve the Vedat Muriqi situation first.

A new home must be found for the 27-year-old Kosovan forward; one could be a return to Fenerbahce on loan.
