Bodø/Glimt forward Erik Botheim is happy with Lazio’s interest in him and is ready for a step up.
As reported by Italian newspaper Corriere dello Sport (via La Lazio Siamo Noi) earlier today, the Biancocelesti are looking for a new backup striker in the January Transfer Window and one of the most exciting names on Igli Tare’s list is Botheim.
The forward’s contract expires with Bodø/Glimt in December 2022, making the upcoming January Transfer Window the perfect occasion to sell him for an adequate fee.
With a market value of around €10 million, a deal could be fairly easy to reach for Lazio, although they need to resolve the Vedat Muriqi situation first.
A new home must be found for the 27-year-old Kosovan forward; one could be a return to Fenerbahce on loan.
