Portuguese referee Artur Dias will officiate Lazio’s Europa League clash against Lokomotiv Moscow tonight.
As announced in a post on Lazio’s Twitter page earlier this week, the 42-year-old Portuguese referee will lead the officiating team for the Biancocelesti’s difficult away match against the Russian side, who currently sit bottom of Group E after four games.
- Referee: Artur Dias
- Assistant Referees: Rui Tavares & Sergio Soares
- Fourth Official: Ugo Miguel
- VAR: João Pineiro
- Assistant VAR: Tiago Martins
The 42-year-old Dias has overseen one Lazio match before, officiating the Biancocelesti’s Champions League group stage clash against Zenit St. Petersburg, a 1-1 draw away last year. In that game, he gave the Roman club four yellow cards but was in control throughout the match.
Dias has officiated one Lokomotiv Moscow game in the past too – a 5-1 Europa League loss to Atletico Madrid back in March 2018.
