Lazio are thinking about offering Spanish defender Patric a contract renewal, with AC Milan and Fiorentina hovering.

With his current deal set to expire next year in 2022, Lazio will have to be wary of various clubs interested in signing Patric on a free transfer next summer; clubs can negotiate a pre-contract from January.

These include AC Milan and Fiorentina, both of whom have already taken information about him, and the latter have even tried to get Patric in the past.

The 28-year-old Patric, who joined Lazio in 2015 from Barcelona, has made eight appearances across all competitions so far this season, for a total of 490 minutes. In that time, he has scored one goal and proven his tactical flexibility to coach Maurizio Sarri.
