Lazio winger Felipe Anderson is clearly in a run of bad form and needs to turn things around soon.
As reported by Italian newspaper Corriere dello Sport (via LazioNews24) earlier today, the 28-year-old Brazilian winger has not scored in the last six league outings and has only managed to provide one assist in that time, putting in poor performance after poor performance.
It’s undeniable now that Felipe Anderson is going through a run of poor form, coming at a bad time for Lazio.
Coach Maurizio Sarri was hoping to help the 28-year-old Brazilian winger finally live up to his potential but for the time being his inconsistency is rearing it’s head again.
Italian midfielder Mattia Zaccagni is finally returning to full fitness and so his return to the squad could fire up Felipe Anderson a little, especially if Sarri begins starting the Italian more and more.
Felipe Anderson has scored four goals and provided three assists in 19 appearances across all competitions so far this season.
