Financial experts KPMG have compared the finances and commercial deals of rivals Lazio and Roma.
As seen in a post on KPMG’s LinkedIn page yesterday, the analysis compared the net profit and loss from the two Roman clubs, highlighting how Lazio have performed significantly better financially than their counter parts since the 2017/18.
Below is KPMG’s financial and commercial analysis of Lazio and Roma:
Lazio’s deal with Macron earns them €3.2 million per season and will last until next year, whilst Roma’s deal with New Balance is worth €4 million per season, expiring in 2024.
The two shirt main shirt sponsors also generate a similar amount – €10 million annually for two seasons for the Biancocelesti, compared to €12 million annually for three seasons for the Giallorossi.
