Lazio Women have officially signed French midfielder Chloé Le Franc on an 18-month contract.

As announced in an official statement recently, the Biancocelesti have signed the 22-year-old French midfielder on an 18-month deal that will expire in June 2023, reinforcing coach Massimiliano Catini’s squad ahead of the second half of the season.

Le Franc started her footballing career in the youth system of FC Rennes and played in the North American NCAA1 – Big South Conference league with High Point University, winning the title in 2019, 2020 and 2021. She also played for Lander University, taking part in the NCAA2 – Peach Belt Conference.

The 22-year-old French midfielder has scored three goals and provided two assists in 20 appearances this year for High Point University, playing 1496 minutes in total.

Lazio Women currently sit 11th in the Serie A Femminile table after 11 games, with only three points. The teams only win so far this campaign came against Hellas Verona at the start of this month.
