Regarding Luis Alberto, he remained in isolation for a few days following close contact with a person who tested positive for COVID. However, he could return to the Lazio environment as early as today, preparing for Thursday’s match against Empoli.
The Biancocelesti currently sit 8th in the Serie A table after 19 games, with 31 points. The Roman club have won three of their last five league outings, drawing one and losing the other. A win against Empoli this week would be a great start to the team’s second half of the season.
