Lazio are closely following RB Salzburg forward Benjamin Sesko ahead of a possible move this month.
As reported by Italian newspaper La Gazzetta dello Sport (via LazioNews24) earlier today, sporting director Igli Tare has plenty of ideas for strengthening coach Maurizio Sarri’s attack in this month’s transfer window and has identified the 18-year-old Slovenian forward as a strong option.

Valued at around €15 million, Lazio believe that Sesko could be the right man to strengthen the forward line, although they’ll have to pull the trigger soon if they want to secure his signature before his market value rises further.

The 18-year-old Sesko, who is contracted to RB Salzburg until 2026, has made 24 appearances across all competitions so far this season, for a total of 1092 minutes. In that time, he has scored seven goals and provided six assists.
The Roman club are also linked with moves for Liverpool’s Divock Origi and Mainz’s Jonathan Burkardt, but first they’ll need to find a new home for unneeded backup forward Vedat Muriqi.
